Conny Szlovik arrived in 2001 at Mallorca with a scholarship from a German university where she studied Tourism and Geography. Her love for the Island made her stay and in 2004 started to work with new car launches which are organized by Ivents in Spain.
After one year working with Ivents she worked her way up from Freelance through coordinator of the incentive department to her current job, director of the Balearic offices.
Her internal knowhow of the business and her quick way of thinking together with her high interest in sports, her passion for cars & races, her creativity and curiosity in everything new gives her the tools to design special incentive ideas and coordinate any event from A to Z.

spanish, english, german and starts to understand dutch!!
